How install orange box from disk

Hi,
I have been given an original Orange Box with cd key.
Problem is steam won't install it as the previous person ran it on steam, then removed it.
But steam says it is a duplicate.
What steps would I have to take to play the games on the disk, ie install it.
I am not interested in multiplayer.

You will need to log in with the original steam id it was registered to or use a steam crack like steamup. Run cracked steam and then install it and it wont ask for a CD key, you will need to log into cracked steam every time to play the games
