How to import IPB backup in phpmyadmin ?

I have a big problem, I need to import Invison Power Board backup (ibf_dbbackup.sql) but I don't know how and where (I know in phpmyadmin) but nothing more.. I know here are peoples who know that yeah in sql import file size are Max: 2,048KiB , but I need upload: 11.5 MB help

if you cut and paste the files into seperate 2MB files you will be able to resotr the backup that way through the import section of phpmyadmin.

There might be a utility in the ipb admin CP, I Don't Know as i've never used it only Phpbb (which kinda sukz baollz)
