Yeah. In one way this might hinder the marketplace, but I believe the good outweighs the bad here. The good side of the 10 post requirement being that you won't get a high stream of spammers and scammers.

i guess i mean all people have to do is post 10 times. it rules out spam bots but i thought that was what activation e-mails are for.
