I need help uploading

Can somone tell me how to make files in parts so i could upload on sites so i could put them on this site.(i know this is a stupid question im new to uploading)

With WinRar is simple:
1. Select the file
2. Right Click on it and select "Add to file..."
3. Select the name and the tipe of compression
4. Down in the "Split into volumes" select how much MB u like in every part, but CAUTION, DONT put for example 10MB, you need put only the M. "10M".
5. Accept and wait.

You can use too others programs how "hacha", "jlsplit", etc, that are designed for make parts, but the ppl need it for for add all the parts.
