Little question about Left 4 Dead 2

Downloaded the other day (a little late I know). Got the non steam version from skidrow (i think) and i can't seem to figure out how to play singleplayer o.0 nooby i know but can anyone tell me how the hell i do this?

On the menu there is - Play campaign, Realism, Versus, Survival, Scavenge and "SINGLE PLAYER"
