Would you let me build a script that would remove any user that has not been active in 12 months, and ones that haven't visited since they joined? That should help clear the DB. I would pass the script to the owner and let you look over it (for your security) and use it.

We can essentially do that ourselves, but we may try to bring a lot of these people back through mass mailing.

From there, we can start removing people.
