Under a three-year agreement announced Tuesday, India-based Infosys will take over Microsoft's internal IT services worldwide.
Infosys – headquartered in Bangalore, but with offices in Bellevue – will use Microsoft products for Microsoft's tech needs at 450 locations in 104 countries. The IT company will provide help-desk services, desk-side help, and infrastructure and application support for the Redmond-based software behemoth, Infosys said in a news release.
