I need Napoleon Total War gcf/ncf file and common folder . Does anyone have it ? Please share with me

The only thing Napoleon Total War related that Echo has uploaded is the standard razor1911 release as far as I can tell. On top of that, the next poster says a couple of the links don't work.
Anywhoo, the reason I'm posting is to ask if the gcf/ncf files will enable me to play NTW in lan using Hamachi or something similar? I browsed through some of the tutorials, but none of them mentioned anything about lan play or getting around the vac authentication issues I've been hearing about this game (from the people that have gotten as far as being able to host a lan game).
Excuse my ignorance, but after checking out cs.rin.ru and freesteam for a couple of days to no avail, I felt it was time to ask for some help.
