NCF Help

Uhh...Well I'll go straight to the point. I downloaded a NCF file along with the game files. But when i tried to start up the game, steam servers are busy. I used SteamUp!

Strange, I guess you're doing something wrong.
Or you gotta update the game.

I wish I knew what I did wrong. It says on the game list that the download is starting.
