So I waited until next billing cycle and I got billed again right, so I was pretty mad, so I said if they don't refund me i'll open a dispute. They claim there's a button to cancel your account but no where on this fuckin site was there a button. So I procede to file a dispute, since there is no option for "Charging for canceled service", I though unauthorized charge would be a good choice. WRONG!
