Pre-loading question

Hi i was wondering how come steam does not do pre-load games no more? if this they still do it where can i pre-load games from there website? maybe we can use cracked steam to play with it without purchasing it.

you can only preload a small number of games and thats usually just before they go for sale or before an event of some sort

and the games that will come in the future which we can pre-load are??

as far as I know, team fortress 2 can now be pre-loaded for the free weekend. It only works for two days of gaming.
