problem with CS .gcf

I dont know if this goes here but i have an problem that's drivin me mad really mad the ting its that y download Counter-strike and half-life gcf and platform etc gcfs the thing its that the steam stopped at :

Half-life (24%)
Counter-strike (25%)

And its doesnt downloading anythin I tryied exectuin them and anything clasical servers cant handle request error please help

The patch your using isn't downloading all the gcf files, you don't have all the gcf files therefore it will remain there until you get the other files like half-life.gcf

Condition zero models.gcf
Half-life engine.gcf
Half-life.gcf
Platform.gcf
Counter-strike.gcf
