Situation Outbreak hosting problem

i have half life 2 and all the source models sounds.etc but any time i try to host it tells me this steam account dose not own this game please log on to the correct steam account how do i fix this oh ps. im using the undead patch incase that might have anything to do with it.

well the problem is that you dont own the game so as far as I know yo cant host
