A Steam client update is now available. To apply the update, click the File menu inside of Steam and then select "Check for Steam Client Updates...". The specific changes include:

- Fixed Left 4 Dead 2 gifts not showing up in recipients games list until after redemption via email even if sent directly to the account
- Fixed steam client displaying "scanning for updates" while decrypting newly unlocked content
- Prevent client from displaying or allowing a user to select an unavailable language for a game
- Improve game installation progress display
- Fixed games sometimes spuriously launching after they get updated
