Steam Proplem

Hey I just launch Steamup and then Steam apears like this:

And then I tried to launch Steam normaly and the same problem apears
Please answer fast


EDIT: doesnt mader, After rebooting my computer, Steam updateded itself and now it work perfect, and Stemaup! works perfect too, mayve Steam updated Itself bad or something like that

reinstall steam
