Hello y'all
Recently I purchased Orange Box with the intention only to use garry's mod. Now this is right after the story starts but it is when my lack of computers shows. I thought Gmod was free made by some uber hacker or something. Then I found out it costs $10, BUT there was a free version; Gmod9. Then I found out 9 hasn't been supported by Steam for 3yrs+! I downloaded this "standalone" Gmod, but now I get "hl2.exe has stopped working".
I have Vista 32bit, which just adds to my problems, so as a last resort I am here. Can anyone help?
Or at least an alternative solution, really all I want is to run Gmod, no fancy add-ons or multiplayer wanted.
