is it possible to get achievements in cracked TF2??

Yes, but the achivements are not uploaded to steam, and only stored in a file.
When u buy the game later on, u have to redo ure achivements again.

You just can't. My achivement hack don't work with cracked steam or standalone. You need to coop to do achivements, not by pressing buttons and etc. If you're up for a challenge, go for it, but your achivements are not saved.
