Version Does Not Match the Servers

So, I have applied the UndeadPatch, but... ya know.. I can't download some games, like let's say CSS. So I torrented a "standalone" Non-Steam version of CSS , v18.1
Counter-Strike Source FULL [October 15 2007] DiGiTALZonE
I used to play this game when I didn't have a cracked steam account, and enjoyed every minute spent playing this game, only now, when i try to connect to ANY server it says :

" Your version does not match the servers, please restart the game "

I tried re-installing the game.

Please help!

you need to get the new version of css, the reason it asks you to restart the game is cuz if you do that it will update the game when you exit then when it is done you can launch the game and connect to a server. so you will either have to look for a cracked patch or download a new version.

stop using undead patch, use new client like MiSteam
download newest CSS but due to the update you can't connect to some servers because they're cleint isn't updated yet, it will give you that error
