Where is VIP? Info plz

I was just browsing through the forum and stumbeled upon a couple of threads labeled VIP but, none where to descriptive. On another Thread I was told to contact WWIII for info. But im new to this forum thing and need a lil help.....

No, cafe.freesteam.org its strictly to buy cafe access and to see the status of the cafe. I don't really know if by buying cafe access your becoming a donator.
