game wont work wit steam buster

HI. i got all the gcfs and put them in place and all(i think)i think it was in c-programs files-steam-steamapps-source mods.
and it still wont work...plz help..

If it's just a gcf it goes into the steamapps folder and not the sourcemods one.

ok it works wit steambusters now but when played online it say steam validation rejected how can i fix dat then?
