GCF Compilers are non-existent. Valve uses a program to create/compress them, and those that created GCFScape are the closest to being able to edit them. So far, all you can do is extract files from them, but they're working on being able to re-create/compress them.

u could pretend u are compiling a gcf by making a zip file and renaming the extension???
