[HELP] Installing Condition Zero

I have "condition zero.gcf" and "condition zero models.gcf" in my steamapps folder. I restarted Steam and Condition Zero appeared in the list of installed games. However, when I tried to download it, it got stuck at "Starting download...". Any ideas?

do you have half-life.gcf? open cftoolbox n goto the 2nd tab n then right click cscz and click propertys n see if it says you have all of the gcfs

Does it need to be the entire game or can it be just the engine?
