All you need is:

Adv. Duplicator
PHX2 Models
Wire Mod

To install:

Move ADV Duplicator to garrysmod\garrysmod\addons
Move the TXT File to garrysmod\garrysmod\data\adv_duplicator

I in no way have made PHX2 Models or Wire Mod. Just this turret and I got the idea from YouTube (SVN 3D Turret).

Pretty much exactly that, but movable, comes on a platform and has 2 guns. Took a while but great fun to own NPCs with. Turrets are changeable with your own values if you want. But you may want to keep the automatic part of them, they tend to move up and down a lot. Works perfectly when duplicated.
