+ Added Special Carbine, though not the exact weapon
+ Added shotguns, though VERY heavy development on the way

- Tweaked stats for all weapons to feel more like GTA stats
- Fixed some sounds
- Tweaked worldmodel hold types for all weapons
- Removed some code that wasn't needed

I did this out of boredom and decided to merge GTA 5 gun sounds with CSS Weapons. Now since this is my first addon ever, I should warn you of:

1. Low Priority
2. Early Alpha
3. Other pre-pre-alpha stuff

Oh and also, this is CSS WEAPONS. Not GTA 5 WEAPONS. Again, I'm not like those source coding legends that know how to make weapons from other games into GMod.
