Just download Iz3d (google it), it supports all the graphic cards (i use it!). select your device or output and download it http://www.iz3d.com/select_download

go to garrysmod addons folder, delete some mod that you dont use........ I reccomend you to delete gmod from steam (and the folder) and re-download it and then put some mods that you want to use...
