Got it. Thanks Jake. I've got CF Toolbox telling me everything is %100...and steam says its %100...but it crashes to desktop when I launch the game. Any ideas?

Hello. I'm trying to activate Napoleon: Total War through my steam. Steamup is working fine. I just need a bit of clarification on the process. I have the GCF's for the game. They're in steamapps folder. Do I also need to download the entire game and put it into steamapps/common? Its not...
