All that you really have to do is place the mini-gcf into the cracked steam steamapps folder and then continue to install the games. If it says pre-load complete then you may have cracked steam improperly. Also we have mini-gcfs and gcfs because cracked steam can't download all of the games so...

GCF/NCFs Required for each game! Mojobol, this is just a list of gcf/ncfs needed for each game. As you may or may not know, each game on steam does not always rely on just one gcf. So this list just shows all the gcfs that someone would need in order to play a certain game. If you want to...

Go to the first post and use a download link from each section and download it from either megaupload or rapidshare. Once you've done that place the gcfs into your steamapps folder.

lol..in case anyones wondering, on p3ng3l's site in his "other downloads" section he posted a steam cert/bin file to download. I doubt that it'd work anyways though.
