You must put them in the steamapps folder not in the cssource folder cuse steam wont detect them if you put them in there.

Evry time i try to start Source SDK it says ''server is to busy to handle your reqeust please try later'' Is there any solution to this? I downloaded the sourcesdk.gcf yesterday and putted it in steamapps but it doesnt work:( Any suggestions?
