Connecting to NonSteam Gmod Users Via Hamachi?

Hello!

I googled awhile ago how to multiplayer with nonsteam Gmod. And someone said you need to use Hamachi, but... how?
I see the option to connect to another IP, if that's so, do I connect to it, launch the game and put the same IP in?
Or could someone post a tutorial cause I looked around in the tutorial section but all I see is questions >.>

Using Hamachi is pretty simple. First create an account and give the details to someone else and let them log in. You will now be connected in a VPN (virtual private network) and to play is pretty simple from here, simply launch the game and create a local server. You may have to forward to correct ports if you are hosting but im not sure with vpns.
