It's the program I believe and also he has gone away for awhile to focus on school. Make sure your AV/Firewall isn't blocking anything. However, if I remember I think he said it was no longer working.

I was working on one of my other projects and got side tracked and ended up making a GCF downloader lol.

It just downloads GCFs and NCFs from Mastermind's server but since I made it, its good.
