using Nfc\Ncf files...

ty, im having trouble using Nfc\Ncf files. i extract then to the steam\steamapps folder and open steam but there is no trace of the games. what else do i do ?
do i need crack or a special launcher for the Nfc\Ncf files to work and be installable ?
