Adding Friends On Steam (SteamUp!)

So I installed SteamUp! and have three games but Steam won't let me add friends. I message pops up saying "Some features of Steam activate when you install games" or whatever and I have three games.

By the way I am using SteamUp!.

Im guessing you dont own those games? Get a ai war cd key, there is a keygen somewhere on the net, google it. Activate the key and you can add freinds. The game sucks tho
