with the id super pack - how do you actually play the dumb games???? im gettin really annoyed when i open them up DOSbox comes up and it freezes and it has like all these commands you can type in how do i just play the games???

by the way can i play these on a 64-bit computer?

do u use darksteam? is it better than undead injector or just the same?

can u upload that mega-keygen thing directly no torrent?

and could you post a list or link or something of all of your other non-steam games/software? :)

:( i downloaded crysis (took FOREVER) but now its asking for a cd key :( what do i do? according to this even if i got a key i wouldnt be able to enter it and have it work since steam doesnt support crysis keys :( it only works when you use the disk (i guess you bought it with the disk) so what do i do??????????? plz help somebody. will it work if i make a standalone? im trying now

ok nvm on the standalone i figured out how to make it work but i still need a key lol :(

Find a crack...
 
when i launch i get:

Failed to contact key server.

But if i go to the steamapps/common/Bin32 folder and double click crysis.exe an ea games registration code thing pops up and i can enter one there.
 
ok i got it to work with this crack: Crysis crack

but first to get rid of steam's key error i did this:
1. go to run and type in regedit
2. go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3. go to Software>Valve>Steam>Users
4. there should then be some folders with random numbers
click on each one and go to friends and under PersonaName it should have your account name. do this to find the account you are using to play Crysis (or whatever other game)
5. click on cdkeys
6. go to your specified appid (crysis is 17300) and if yours isn't there right click and go to New>String Value and enter in the appid
7. double click on the appid and enter a random number for the value data

then play your game in steam.
an error will pop up but the game will still launch.

this works for single player but for online u need a gamespy account or something

Well to use DOSBox, go get an updated ver from the website online.
Then start the thing up, if it's frozen, keep tapping F7 until your computer doesn't suck at running DOS anymore... it goes through the various Hz rates possible.

After this, you can type commands to open the games, but it will take a few commands per game to start them up. You will have to suck it up and deal with that.
 
what commands? lol is it different for every game? and with the id pack DOSbox it is in every game's common folder so when i install it will it replace those? or should i install DOSbox to some folder and copy/paste all of the files into each of the games common folders?

GoldDraK how do i use the id super pack games without DOSbox? when i run them in steam dosbox automatically comes up

and did u re-upload that yet?
 
there is no mini gcf for cod4

it's a ncf but if you have it you can't download it with steam

you need to download the full game
it's in this topic, check the first post
 
hey can u buy and upload cod:mw2 sometime lol that game looks amazing but if you don't have the money thats fine :p

i thought thats what u meant so i was just agreeing with you. i wasnt complaining i was just saying that most of the ones i got so far had like a crc error or something. i dont really care that much about the errors. ive gotten some to work and im glad that i didnt have to pay for them. im just glad you are doing this for us and taking your time to upload these games.

Steam Games Error

I try playing Grand Theft Auto San Andreas using the NCF's i found, yet when I start it, it says "This game is currently unavailable. Please try again later." I did put the NCF's in the steamapps folder. I also tried defragmenting, and it says it is fine, and I try verifying the game cache, but it says 414 files had an error, and it starts redownloading. When this happens, it says download starting, but doesn't move. I have left it for a day and a half. This is also happening for Left For Dead 2, Grand Theft Auto Vice City, Fallout 3, and Bionic Command. Please help! I will do anything.

think about what you have said

do you know what we uploaders need to do

1. download the game from steam: 5 min to 4 hours (depends ongame and connection)а
2. rar the game in parts: 1 hour (depends on CPU)
3. upload the game: sometimes >1 day (depends on size and connection)
4. see if the links work: 5 min
5. find pictures and info for the post: 5 min
6. post it on forums: 5 min

it's hard work you know!!
