Can I do anything with an old vac2 banned account?

It's an old account I have another legit one i still use, but was wondering if i could do anything
with a vac2 banned one other then play on non secure servers...

Like could it be modified in some way to get back on vac2 servers, or is that not possible? I know theres a vac2 bypasser but isn't that old and outdated?

once its been Vaced, there is no going back.

VAC2Bypasser didn't allow you to play on VAC2 servers anyways, it was intended to be useful as an external VAC2 Proofer. So to prevent you from getting banned in the first place.

The account is still good to play any games, don't buy any new ones on it though.
