hi.
im a new user here and im a real n00b.
ive recently installed the undead patch.
but i have question:
is there anyway to remove the games i want from the list so there wont be so much games that are useless?

i would really appreciate any help.

thanks.

I also got another question.
so now there are two questions:

1.Is there anyway to remove the unneeded games from games list after applying the undead patch?
2.What happens if I download GCFs I want and put them in steam folder without applying undead patch?

thanks a lot.

1. Hoomy, the only way is with an additional patch. I am currently unaware of any such patches. There have been (in the past) a few that would allow you to hide games, SMD, Cue's Passthrough Clientapp (whatever it was called.)... etc, but these either no longer work or don't work well.
2. Nothing.

1.so now isnt there anyway to do this right?is there anyone working on sth that hides them?
2.ok.
3.another question:what are emulators and what do they exactly do?
4.what is semisteam?
5.sorry for this much questions. im very new.
6.thanks.

What you can do, is add games you want to your favorites, then minimize your installed/not installed games list.

ok . ive got another question too. :)
so now the list of questions:
1.go to previous post.
2.go to previous post.
3.whats the usage of 'sourceinit.gcf' ? at first it didnt exist.but after i played halflife 1 it appeared.

thanks a lot.

nice bump...
1. semisteam is one of the cracked steam that can let you switch between cracked steam and legit
2. steam emulaters are programs that emulates steam... nuff said lol
3. sourceinit.gcf contains a dll of VAC
