Hello, im new here and really new to all this gcf and ncf file sharing and i have the ncf for civilization IV but not the gcf and idk if the ncf is all i need but i can't seem to get the game in install it keeps saying... well first off without the ncf and gcf it says some error about the server is busy or the request cant be processed or something, which is when i looked and found that i needed the gcf/ncf files. Im useing the steamup application and its really cool, i have all the games i could ever want but i can't figure out how to install these files, so back to the main point of this post is can someone lead me into the right direction as to finding the gcf file for civilization IV and mabey there exp.
