There is such thing, it's a memory hack. The lvl of rank is stored in a address, but i forgot which one

there doesn't exist a rank spoofer as far as i know.

what can "spoof" your rank, however, is a savegame file with the max rank, and hence when you play on MP, it shows that rank.
kinda silly though, your skills tell alot about yourself.
