counter strike 1.6

i want to get for free counter strike 1.6 for steam!

i've downloaded many patches from this forum , and i got all the games , but when i try to download one , it says " The Steam serveres are too curently too busy to handle your request."

Please help me!

plus if i use undead pathc then it just gives all the games but not installed...
