1) Download the game:

You can also use any other release of this (might be faster download)
2) Install the game (mount the .iso file on eg. Alcohol120% or simular and follow the setup)
3) Install this patch, and just use the shortcut on the desktop to start the game.
For future updates, just check the desktop link from time to time.
