You only need 7 64 bit, don't worry about any other OS's.

I would only use one of them, dual booting can cause problems with directories and such. I'm using Vista at the moment.

Dual booting with vista bootloader is no problem. However as echo said 7 x64 is all you will ever need with a linux live disc on hand just in case it blows up
