Enable a Disabled account?

I dont know if im been a noob here... anyways.

I have a giant list of disabled valve cafe accounts (When i type the usernames and passwords it tells me its disabled), i've been wondering if there is any way to enable one of them?

I could go through all of the accounts and see if any are still activated....Probably not though.

i think they disable the acc because people might have found out the username and password if you are talking about lan shop lol

You cant hack any steam accounts.

They disable the account because you were using false CD keys.
Don't use Keygens.
