Enabling a Disabled Account

right, it said your steam account is disabled. just simply type
550ua8( Your account name )
55ua8( Your password, if u forgot ur password it won't work )

you should be able to login.
But if it doesnt then try replacing the number 8 with digits 0-9
that digit has to be same for account and password. Good Luck

How does that make sense? If you put new characters in as a password, it will not login, same with username.
