Failed to contact key server

Hi I downloaded the stuff for Dawn of War II and put it in steamapps and everything and it's installed, But when I try to play it it says "Failed to contact key server". Is there a fix for this? I really want to play this game

Also, I tried this one fix but it didn't have DoW II in the list of games it can fix
