Need !_! i downloaded it (torrent) and it doesn't work properly so now try on steam, the GCF NCF's are greatly appreciated.

I have fallout 3... Vista sucks ass, or my computer, 1 of the two
and i cant play it
if somone would teach me how to add gfcs, and nfcs, i will do it
