FS in whitelist in the chat

This litle patch put FreeSteam.org in the whitelist the Steam chat.
Downlad here => http://87.98.133.174/FSwhitelist.zip
just put all in your Steam's directory.
If you want to back in the original WhiteList just deleted Steam.cfg

This patch will be in my next version of CLauncher

i know, but i thought you did not overwrite anything, but pushed down the buffers and inserted freesteam
