gain an IP address through steam friends

what I am looking for is a guide to gaining someones IP address through steam

I know this is possible because of the button "Start voice chat" which indicates that they have VoIP

willing to pay money or something to money value if someone PMs me

I'm not sure if using a voice chat would establish a connection directly with him but if it does its as simple as monitoring connections while it happens.. if you want to pay someone to do that.. your crazy. Theres no way you could get his IP from plain text chat though.

This is possible. There must be some broadcast packet used if this is really VoIP. Use wireshark
