GCFs and NCFs

Hi,
how can i download the Gcf and Ncf Files?
There are the Link at the top http://www.freesteam.org/forums/gcfs-ncfs/
But when i klick on it, it says i haven't the Permission to look in there.

Help plz

OH and for donations, how much do i have to donate if i want to see the gfc. ncf. stuff

50 posts, thats a long way away and there is no promise of there being antthing good in there, i need some confirmation of what is in tehre before i consider staying in this "FREE" steam site, what stops steam from donating to get in then doing more legal stuff?
