GCFs down?

I've been trying for a couple of days to get to the GCFs section, but when i click in the link on the main page, or type in the URL manually, it says that I've made an "invalid request".

i have tried this on several computers. could all of the computers have the same problem, or is that section really down?

ya i have the same problem...
