How to add friends without buiyng a LEGIT game?

It seems that cracked Steam doesnt let me (SteamUP) add friends so i need help

If the ai total war keygen is still working get a key of that and register it. Crap game but it allows you to add freinds, google for the keygen it shouldnt be hard

I cannot find the keygen either lol it may no longer work as it was around a while ago. I no longer have it as i performed a clean install on my laptop and whiped everything, sorry

I don't know if this helps, but I think other people can add you. Try telling them to add you. Before I bought a game on another account that's what I did.

Yeah they can if they have a game on their account, completly forgot that lol
