How to make a cracked CS:S Server

Hallo all,

I have a big problem, I use a cracked Steam Acc and a frind wanna be create a Server on his Home PC but he wants that every one could play there and not only original players.

I searched forum for a thread with this topic but i found nothing :-(

Pleas can anyone poste a step by step manual how I create a crackes CS:S server on my Desktopcomputer?
